Poly Products Nigeria Limited was incorporated on June 15th, 1965 as a Limited Liability Company (Ltd) and commenced operation in 1966. It became a Public Liability Company (PLC) in 1979 and was listed as the first packaging concern on the Nigerian Stock Exchange in December of the same year. In 2014 the company delisted from the stock exchange and is currently a privately held Limited Liability Company.

Products
The Group currently produces several specialty films as well as blow moulded containers for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors. Other products include pet bottles and closers for beverages/alcohol/edible oil, jerry cans/drums for the chemical and oil industries, and polypropylene and pet packing straps.

Facilities
The Group has factories in Lagos, Otta, Aba, with each unit specializing in a particular field.

R H Plastics Ltd. was incorporated on June 30th, 1976 as a Limited Liability Company (Ltd) and commenced operation in 1979. The company was bought over by Poly Products Nig. Plc. in 1983 and is a 100% owned subsidiary.

The principal activity at inception was within the Chemical and Oil industries. R.H Plastics supported the Kaduna Refinery in the packaging of lube oil in Jerry Cans and Drums.

Since then the company has gone on to specialize in the blow molding of various types of bottles for the Oil and Agric Industries, PET preforms and PET bottles for the Beverage Industry.

The company has stayed true to its core competencies and this day operates only in the field of plastic processing for packaging materials. As such we have been able to focus on innovation and progress to provide our customers with the most attractive, functional and cost-effective packaging solutions.

The company brought in a new Husky production line in 2018 to enhance its prefrom production and continues to expand in this area.
